Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged items.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
